An update on our response to COVID-19

We are delighted to say that as of 6th July clients are now able to come to our London centres for in-person dressing appointments. Coaching will still be done remotely and details on the opening of our regional centres will be available soon.

Prior to in-person appointments clients are asked to confirm they do not have symptoms of COVID-19. We have masks ready for anyone who needs them, and we allow time between each appointment to thoroughly clean the dressing and waiting rooms before the next client’s arrival.

Our virtual service is available for anyone who would prefer it or is unable to reach one of our centres. This service includes a one-to-one digital coaching session for an hour and a phone consultation with one of our dressing volunteers who will then put together a parcel of high-quality workwear that will be delivered ahead of interview.

We are also excited to welcome clothing donations in our London centres. We can accept donations of high-quality women’s workwear in our Ladbroke Grove centre on Wednesdays (10am-4pm) and in our Islington centre on Thursdays (10am-4pm). Alternatively, you can post your donation to us any day of the week.

We have been overwhelmed by the support and generosity of our partners during this difficult time and we want to take a moment to thank every single one of you that has helped or reached out.
