Our stylists will work with you to find an outfit you love, that makes you feel like the best version of yourself. They will ask if you prefer trousers, skirts or dresses, if you love or hate certain colours or patterns, and if you would like heels or flat shoes. It’s completely your choice.
We have a great selection of high-quality clothes and accessories for you to try on, with an outfit for everyone. The Smart Works service is completely free and the clothes are yours to keep.
It’s not really about the clothes, but how they make you feel. When you look in the mirror, we want you to see a confident woman looking back, who is ready to conquer her job interview.

Our coaches are here to bring out your best
This part of the appointment is a chance to speak honestly and openly, in a safe and private space. It is an opportunity to work one-to-one with a trusted coach, about anything that might be concerning you before a job interview.
You can bring your CV and share this with the coach, or practice a mock interview and receive advice on structuring your answers. We also have a printed interview guide, that you can take away and read in your own time.
At the end of the session, we want you to feel positive about your job search and excited for the future. It is all about discovering what your skills are and reconnecting with what you are capable of.
