At Smart Works, our mission is to ensure that any woman who needs our help can find their way to us and we judge our success by the success of our clients between April and March of each year.

We’re excited to announce that 72% of the women we saw between April 2021 and March 2022 got the job within one month of their appointment.

In the next year, we know that our service will be needed more than ever, and we want to continue to help more women realise their true potential and succeed in all their pursuits.
