This International Women’s Day we wanted to celebrate our clients getting the job and pushing to #BreakTheBias.
Our clients are our biggest inspiration. We wanted to introduce you to Ana who recently secured a new role and sat down with us to talk about the impact Smart Works has had.
Getting the job is just a stepping stone in a wider journey that this series will highlight. In Ana’s own words we will hear about her Smart Works experience, wanting our support and how getting a job has impacted her.
