Smart Works x IntoUniversity

Three years ago, IntoUniversity began referring female applicants to Smart Works to support them with the vigorous application process for their Big City Bright Future programme.

The Big City Bright Future is an annual three-week paid work experience programme created to support school leavers who aspire to work within competitive industries.

During this time, Smart Works has supported over 251 IntoUniversity clients with 55% going on to get the job. One of those clients is Martyna who recently came to see us in our North London centre.

When asked about her Smart Works appointment she said,

” The Smart Works coach was really able to put me ease, and she gave me tips and interview style preparation which I haven’t seen anywhere else – her preparation was top tier. It helped me to feel confident going into the interview. “
