As we come to the end of our financial year, we are delighted to celebrate helping more women than ever before.
The last 12 months have been our busiest and most successful yet. Between April 2019 and March 2020, almost 4000 women across the UK benefited from the Smart Works service, with 65% reporting that they landed a job within a month.
Thank you to every member of the Smart Works community who has contributed in the last year. From our volunteers to our partners, this was no small feat and it is thanks to your hard work and commitment that we have been able to support a record breaking number of women into work.
Most importantly, thank you to every woman who has used our service this year. Your drive and passion to succeed are the reason we do what we do.
