About Us

Smart Works began, at what is still our Smart Works HQ, in North London.  From here, we see over 1000 women every year, from every borough in the city, helping them with the clothes and the confidence they need for job success.

In 2013, we expanded our service in London by opening a second office in Ladbroke Grove in West London, with its own dressing room and interview coaching space.  Our West London branch is thriving, opening five days a week, and delivering over 800 appointments in the last year.

We are incredibly proud to report that in both our London offices, our success rate remains at over one in two of the clients we are able to contact going on to succeed at their job interview.

London and HQ combined

It is vitally important to us that our central HQ operations are based where our service is delivered.

So as well as delivering the Smart Works service across two sites in North and West London, Smart Works also has its buzzing HQ in our original North London home.  As well as helping us to take Smart Works to other areas of the UK, every member of staff and each trustee is also engaged with the delivery of our service in London.

And whilst our UK Head of Licensees is a regular London visitor, she is primarily based in Smart Works Greater Manchester, so she can see how our model works on the ground, and travel around to visit our other centres.
