We’re hiring a West London Programme Manager

Smart Works are hiring a Programme Manager to lead our service delivery across West London. You will be the face of our thriving centre in Ladbroke Grove, establishing powerful partnerships with local charities, managing an impressive community of skilled volunteers and ultimately ensuring that every client leaves Smart Works West London feeling confident and interview ready.

We are looking for a graduate who can demonstrate their track record of making things happen and getting results. You will share our passion for helping clients succeed, have a natural affinity with our purpose and mission and will be a real people-person, who will enjoy meeting new people every day.
