Paula Nickolds takes up position as Smart Works Ambassador image

We’re excited to announce that Paula Nickolds will be joining Smart Works as an ambassador. Paula is a leading figure in British retail and most recently she was the Managing Director of John Lewis & Partners.

Paula brings a huge amount of experience and drive to her new position and will play a​n important role as we continue to find ways to reach more women, helping them transform their lives with the power of clothing and coaching.

In addition to her unrivalled retail experience Paula has a passion for helping girls ‘dream big’, in the past has played an active role in the John Lewis Foundation and has been a trustee for the Girls’ Day School Trust.

When asked about her new role, Paula said:

“I am delighted to become an ambassador for Smart Works. The work they do is so important, especially at the current time. Having seen first-hand the impact they can have on the self-confidence of the women they support, it is a great privilege to play a part in this very special story.”
