Smart Works is hiring a Volunteer Manager to manage our impressive community of skilled volunteers, play a hands on role in delivering our service and ultimately ensure that every client leaves Smart Works feeling confident and interview ready.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate their track record of building strong relationships and making things happen. You will share our passion for helping clients succeed, believe in the power of volunteering and will be a real people-person, who will enjoy meeting new people every day.
The ideal candidate will be a natural relationship builder, who is a confident public speaker. They will also be organised, an excellent multi-tasker and will thrive in a fast-paced office. We are looking for a true team-player, with a proven track record of rolling-up your sleeves and delivering results.
It is an exciting time to join Smart Works as our Volunteer Manager. With the opening of a third centre in autumn 2022, the Volunteer Manager will be responsible for expanding the London volunteer community, running the recruitment and training for all new London volunteers. This role has huge potential for development and will grow with the London service over the coming years.
