Meet our HQ Partnerships Team

Our Partnerships team are essential to not only raising vital funds for our service but also the development of our charity. Our dedicated team work across three major fundraising streams:

Ella, Head of Events, oversees our Events & Charitable Activities, ranging from our famous fashion sales to our exclusive Fashion Club, she curates both internal & external fundraising events and manages large scale events with our partners.

Isabel, Partnerships and Development Manager, looks after our Corporate Partnerships revenue stream and is responsible for the day to day management of the charity’s corporate and in-kind partnerships, and new business development.

Our Foundation and Community Fundraising Manager, Charlotte, is responsible for Grants & Individual Giving, engaging the Smart Works community through events such as Cycle for Smart Works and income generation from grants. Charlotte is further supported by Nicola, Partnerships Graduate Trainee, who supports the entire team across all areas of their work.
